Welcome to Creo Artists!

We are a Christian mixed arts group, offering small-scale performances within the Fraser Valley area of British Columbia.

Creo Artists is a group of young dancers dedicated to using their art for the glory of God. We are excited to bring full length productions featuring dance, music, and spoken word to venues across Canada. Past productions include The Christmas Chest, Holy Night, Through the Wardrobe, Once Upon, and our Easter production, Risen.

worthy

WORTHY is a response to the great love God has shown us in the gift of His Son. In the two thousand years since the crucifixion and resurrection, countless people have considered God worthy of their whole lives. They travelled to the ends of the earth to share the gospel, they gave up family, comfort, wealth, and often their very lives. This season we explore the accounts of faithful men and women who lived wholly for the Lord, choosing to lay down their lives for the sake of the gospel.

These aren’t just stories. They’re an invitation.

In the words of Paul the apostle, “But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.” (Acts 20:24)

How Did We Start?

Carolyn Currey, artistic director of Creo Artists, has danced for twenty-eight years and toured professionally since 2008. Her production work with 1:11 Ministries has appeared on 100 Huntley St., the 700 Club, and stages across Canada and around the world.

As a dancer, teacher, and author, her heart is to spread the good news of Jesus Christ through the arts.

Prior to her move to British Columbia, she led teams of dance students in tours throughout southern Ontario. She looks forward to bringing the same opportunities to dancers in the Lower Mainland of BC!
